Branded SaaS Product, CMS

This year-long intranet site overhaul project involved several in-house teams working in tandem with the site’s development vendor for strong execution and on-time delivery.

I branded the site’s overall design for consistent, engaging content with an elegant look and feel. Linked tabs populate to sub-pages with single-sign-on, contact and content tools, and vendor sites.

As well, throughout the site, I implemented hints of the circular image which mirrors the corporate brand’s main logo.

This robust and deep-level, B2B content and contact management (CMS) site serves more than 6,500 sales agents throughout the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The site’s offerings delve much further in scope than what can be presented here, due to proprietary regulations.

Success
34% adoption within six weeks and 48% adoption within three months. The site achieved a full 184% increase over the previous site’s adoption overall.
